Favorite Quote Essay

Maybe you can include cultural customs, festivals or stories that have been passed down from one generation to the next.

For this prompt, Princeton gives you some leeway to decide what type of topic you’d like to write about.

If you can’t think of a quote right away, take some time to think about your favorite essays or books you’ve read recently and revisit those.

Next, try to draw connections between that quote and an experience or event that changed the way you approach the world.

How is that quote representative of your significant experience? Lastly, make sure to follow their directions and write the quotation, title and author at the beginning of your essay.
